She has advised clients across various industries, including representing offshore and domestic financial institutions in a broad range of financing transactions, assisting issuers in shelf bond registrations and rights issue transactions, supporting local and cross-border acquisitions, and advising on corporate compliance and general corporate matters.
Marla graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. During her studies, she was actively involved in Asian Law Students' Association and Moot Court Society.
