Ghassen is an Associate at AYMP Atelier of Law with extensive experience in general corporate matters, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign direct investment, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), as well as banking and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Pelita Harapan University. Prior to joining AYMP Atelier of Law, he worked at several prominent law firms with total years of service for more than 10 (ten) years, where he was involved in numerous complex commercial transactions.
Ghassen has served as counsel in various M&A deals and has represented clients in corporate and commercial matters. He has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including startups, banking software providers, plantations, TMT, advertising, pharmaceuticals, and inter-company transactions involving state-owned enterprises.
In the banking and finance sector, Ghassen notably assisted in the preparation of syndicated loans for one of the largest industrial estate developers and operators in the Karawang and Subang areas, supporting the development and expansion of their industrial estate business. His legal services included conducting feasibility studies, performing due diligence, and drafting syndicated facility agreements and related security documents.
Aside from his professional career, Ghassen is actively involved in sports and has achieved numerous accomplishments in various competitions, particularly in football and basketball tournaments.
