Aljefri joined AYMP in 2019 and prior to teaming up with AYMP, he worked at one of prominent law firms in Indonesia. He advises clients on various areas of corporate and commercial laws mainly in General Corporate, Merger & Acquisition, Banking & Finance. Aljefri also actively handles commercial litigation as well as the suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) cases.
Aljefri earned his bachelor’s degree in law from University of Indonesia in Depok, Indonesia and furthered his education with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York.
Aljefri is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
